Bir Başkadır – Meryem is a part-time cleaner working in the outskirts of Istanbul. When she begins experiencing fainting spells, she enlists the help of psychiatrist Peri to figure out what is wrong with her. Meryem, coming from a conservative family, is stunned by how Peri appears to be better off with a secular lifestyle. But Peri also has her problems as she is bothe prejudiced and finds herself bickering with her therapists. Numerous other lives of Turkey are explored in this engaging drama of societal commentary
